    In the U.S., the CoolSculpting procedure for non-invasive fat reduction is cleared for the flank (love handle), abdomen, and thigh.  Typical side effects include temporary numbness, redness, swelling, bruising, firmness, tingling, stinging, and pain. Rare side effects may also occur.
