LifePak Nano: Are You Getting Enough Nutrients?

Tip of the Day!

Sunday: Rest. Be sure to get adequate hours of sleep every night. This will help you curb your cravings throughout the day.

Monday: Start your day with a walk or some form of movement. Get your metabolism started and excercise will help you avoid stress.

Tuesday: Be sure to eat breakfast. It's one of the most important meals of the day. It will also prevent you from bindge eating later in the day.

Wednesday: Avoid sugars and starches. Your body functions more effectively when your sugar and starch consumption is in check.

Thursday: Avoid alcohol when you're trying to lose weight. It only delays the process.

Friday:  Everyday, plan three meals for tomorrow.

Saturday: Have three 16oz bottles of water in the morning and three 16oz bottles of water in the afternoon. Water = weightloss!

In the U.S., the CoolSculpting procedure for non-invasive fat reduction is cleared for the flank (love handle), abdomen, and thigh.  Typical side effects include temporary numbness, redness, swelling, bruising, firmness, tingling, stinging, and pain. Rare side effects may also occur.

The CoolSculpting procedure is not for everyone. You should not have the CoolSculpting procedure if you suffer from cryoglobulinemia or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria. The CoolSculpting procedure is not a treatment for obesity. As with any medical procedure, ask your physician if the CoolSculpting procedure is right for you. Results and patient experience may vary.
