Sunday: Rest. Be sure to get adequate hours of sleep every night. This will help you curb your cravings throughout the day.

 

Monday: Start your day with a walk or some form of movement. Get your metabolism started and excercise will help you avoid stress.   

 

Tuesday: Be sure to eat breakfast. It's one of the most important meals of the day. It will also prevent you from bindge eating later in the day. 

 

Wednesday: Avoid sugars and starches. Your body functions more effectively when your sugar and starch consumption is in check.  

 

Thursday: Avoid alcohol when you're trying to lose weight. It only delays the process. 

 

Friday:  Everyday, plan three meals for tomorrow. 

 

Saturday: Have three 16oz bottles of water in the morning and three 16oz bottles of water in the afternoon. Water = weightloss!
