As part of the Mindful Eating Workshop in Prescott, Aaron Kravetz will present a Clinical Hypnosis program for weight loss that will involve several specific elements which are essential in the achievement of your established objectives.

Your attitude towards food, overeating and related satisfaction can be pleasantly altered to reduce the perceived importance of food as it relates to your feelings of well being.  You will discover new, powerful, effective thoughts; new feelings and new behaviors.  These new actions will lead to your success.

As we work with you to develop a foundation for new outcomes, you will simultaneously learn how to use these powerful techniques on your own as part of your personal weight loss or healthy eating program. We’ll also discuss self-hypnosis and the effectiveness of hypnotherapy in attaining your goals, whether you wish to lose weight or accomplish other objectives.
